The brief
Mr Taco serves simple, delicious Mexican food in Maplewood, Minnesota. The website needed to make ordering effortless and give locals everything they look for before they visit: the menu, opening hours, location and a way to get in touch.
What we built
- Online orderinga "Click Here To Order Online" button in the header and the hero, visible on every visit.
- Menusa dedicated menu page that is easy to read on a phone.
- Click-to-callthe phone number sits in the header so mobile visitors can call in one tap.
- Visit informationaddress, email and opening hours for dine-in and takeaway on the home page.
- Contact and feedbacka contact form, a feedback page and a newsletter sign-up.
Design approach
A dark, food-first layout lets the photography do the selling, with a bold red ordering button that stands out against it. Navigation is kept to four links so nothing gets between a visitor and their order.
